**Job Title**: Telesales Executive

**Location**: Nagpur (MIHAN SEZ) / Gujarat (GIFT SEZ) / Mumbai (FORT CST)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 3 years in products like (ERP/ HRMS/ CRM/ Document Management / Website Development/ Mobile APP)

**Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or Diploma (Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred). Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation will be an added advantage.

**Telesales Executive Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Persuasion**: Persuade potential customers to make a purchase through effective communication and product knowledge.

**Record-keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Processing**: Ensure error-free processing of sales orders and related documentation.

**Lead Generation**: Actively participate in lead generation activities to contribute to the sales pipeline.

**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communication.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or Diploma (Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred).
- 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the field of ERP, HRMS, CRM, Document Management, Website Development, or Mobile APP.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software.

**Working Days**:

- 5 days a week (Tuesday - Saturday)

**Timing**:

- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

**Notice Period**:

- Immediate Joining

**Performance Metrics**:

- Call Target: Daily 60 connected calls.
- Lead Target: Monthly 25 lead generations.
- CTC: Rs. 1,92,000/- to Rs. 2,40,000/- per annum.
- Incentive: 10% incentive on sales value (For example: Monthly sale value is Rs. 1,00,000/-, incentive will be Rs. 10,000/-)

**Salary**: ₹192,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
