**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Service Advisor** for our Jawa Yezdi Service Center. The role involves handling customer interactions, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of motorcycles after service.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.

Prepare job cards and provide cost estimates.

Coordinate with workshop staff for timely completion of service.

Keep customers informed about service status and additional work required.

Conduct quality checks before delivery of motorcycles.

Address customer queries and ensure high satisfaction.

Promote service packages and accessories when possible.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Graduate/Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical preferred, but not mandatory).

0-2 years of experience in automobile service/customer handling (freshers with good communication can also apply).

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of 2-wheeler servicing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
