**Role Overview**
As the first point of contact for Nway Technologies, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The individual will manage front desk operations efficiently while supporting various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and employees warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Visitor Management**:
- Ensure proper visitor sign-in and badge distribution.
- Coordinate with security for visitor access, as required.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and maintaining office calendars.
- Provide support for event coordination and company activities.
- **Employee Assistance**:
- Address employee queries related to administrative needs (e.g., stationery, meeting setups).
- Act as a liaison between departments for smooth internal communication.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls.
- Support the HR and Administration departments with filing and documentation as needed.
- **Miscellaneous Duties**:
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is up to date.
- Handle other tasks assigned by the management to support business operations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
