**Job Summary**:
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers via phone to promote products, services, or gather feedback. This role involves effective communication, persuasive selling skills, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound and Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries or providing support.
- Manage call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

**2. Customer Interaction**:

- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

**3. Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Generate leads by identifying potential customers through calls.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into sales or appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

**4. Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM or database systems.
- Update call logs, feedback, and sales outcomes for reporting purposes.

**5. Sales and Promotion**:

- Upsell and cross-sell products or services based on customer needs.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers.
- Work closely with the sales team to align telecalling efforts with broader sales goals.

**6. Feedback and Reporting**:

- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly call reports for management review.
- Suggest improvements to scripts or processes based on customer interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred).

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in the relevant language(s).
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
