Vardman Group is a leading exporter, supplier, and online retailer of natural stone products, specializing in high-quality paving stones. Our ecommerce business is expanding in UK, and we are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update product information, content, web settings and navigation on the website through Shopify admin. Manage and update product listings and other information on marketplaces like eBay and Amazon.
- Ensure all website and marketplace content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized.
- Maintain master data sheets and other assets up to date.
- Monitor marketplace performance and suggest improvements to enhance sales.
- Assist with inventory management, order processing, and customer service inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns. Making promotional offers and displaying them appropriately on the website. Update banners, images, promotions etc to display on the website.
- Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising. Troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to the website or marketplaces.
- Scope and document ongoing website functional projects /improvements.
- Liaise with different external agencies and internal departments regarding the day-to-day management of the website.
- Testing changes to web/marketplace platforms and monitoring the results.
- Reviewing customers' concerns, needs and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online.
- Keep eyes on competitors and prepare comparison reports to enhance and implement improvements on our website/marketplaces.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures.
- Support the Ecommerce Head with miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an ecommerce company.
- Strong internet and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other Office tools.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify backend and eBay, Amazon seller platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Logical mindset, quick learner, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with working in India/UK time zones interchangeably.
