**Job Title**: Flipkart Account Manager - E-commerce

**Location**: Jaipur (Work from Office)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹19,000 - ₹22,000/month + Performance Incentives
**Schedule**: Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Sat: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end seller accounts on **Flipkart Seller Hub**.
- Optimize product listings with relevant titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with Flipkart guidelines.
- Plan, execute, and optimize **Flipkart Ads campaigns** (CPC, CPM, etc.) for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams (cataloging, design, ads, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer escalations, returns, and service-related issues effectively.
- Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with sellers/brands and suggest growth strategies.
- Stay updated with **Flipkart policies, new features, and e-commerce trends**.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or E-commerce preferred).
- **1-3 years of experience in managing Flipkart accounts** or e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of **Flipkart Seller Hub**, listings, inventory, and ads management.
- Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CR, ODR, late dispatch, etc.).
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
