Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government departments and private clients.

2. Government Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with government officials and departments to stay informed about upcoming tenders and projects.

3. Tender Management: Coordinate and manage the tender process, including preparing and submitting bids, and following up with government departments.

4. Private Client Management: Manage relationships with private clients, including identifying their needs and providing solutions.

5. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services to government departments and private clients.

7. Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.

Specific Tasks:
1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Attend industry events and conferences to network with government officials and private clients.

3. Develop and maintain a database of government contacts and private clients.

4. Prepare and submit bids and proposals in response to government tenders.

5. Follow up with government departments to ensure that bids are received and evaluated.

6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with government departments and private clients.

7. Provide sales reports and analytics to management.

8. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure that products meet customer requirements.

9. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

10. Manage the company's social media presence and online marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing company.

3. Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
