As the Coordinator - Recruitment Partnership, you will be responsible for:

- Receiving documents from the agency
- Reviewing documents to ensure they are complete
- Receiving the final offer letter from the University and sharing with the agency partner

3. Maintaining relationships with admission team to relieve bottlenecks and ensure the
smoothened experience for agency partner
4. Assist the agency partner with our VISA liaison (communicating document
requirement per SOPs, sharing of documents, follow-up)
5. Follow-up and fast track cases as per need with the team
6. Meticulous note taking, record keeping and usage of the CRM software to track all leads
7. Take initiatives to improve the TAT of the life cycle

Who are we looking for?

1. Qualification: Bachelor degree

2. Experience: 1-2 years in an Ed-tech/Educational institute handling back-office operations

3. Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up mechanism

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software - LSQ experience will be preferred
6. Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a "get-it-done" attitude

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10.00am - 7.00pm

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

**Salary**: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
