Job Title: Visa Executive
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on visa requirements and procedures for Russia and CIS destinations. You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless documentation and application support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and updated information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures.
  • Assist clients in filling out visa forms, compiling documents, and submitting applications.
  • Verify client-provided documents meet specific requirements of each country's visa process.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers to ensure timely application processing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on the status of their visa applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in visa rules, policies, and requirements.
  • Efficiently handle escalations or urgent requests related to visa applications.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in handling visa applications or a similar role in the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of visa processes for Russia and CIS destinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
