**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:
Ø Vendor management

Ø Petty cash handling

Ø Attendance tracking

Ø Office cleanliness and hygiene

Ø Utility and bill payments

Ø Auditor and vendor coordination

Ø Stock/inventory maintenance

Ø Ensure proper upkeep and presentation of the front office area at all times.

**Client & Lead Management**:
Ø Handle incoming and outgoing client communications professionally.

Ø Support client servicing and manage queries effectively.

Ø Assist with lead generation through cold calling and follow-ups.

Ø Coordinate and support digital marketing campaigns and outreach.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Ensure office premises are neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle all administration tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.
- Accountable for office operations from opening to closing.
- Deliver superior service and exceed client expectations consistently.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in front office/admin roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
