**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Bank Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with various banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth banking operations.

2. Loan and Credit Management:

- Manage documentation for credit facilities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure all banking activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports to senior management for review.

4. Negotiation and Terms Finalization: Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and related banking conditions to secure favourable agreements.

5. Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Coordinate with banks for efficient fund management and resource allocation.

6. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to banking services, discrepancies, or transactional errors promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**: Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).

**Skills**: - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication.

**Experience**:
