Purpose of the Role:

To manage coordination with government bodies, regulatory authorities, vendors, and external stakeholders for smooth business operations and timely approvals in line with solar manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Government Approvals — Handle licenses, renewals, and approvals from government bodies (Factories Act, Pollution Control, Fire NOC).
  • MNRE & BIS Coordination — Follow up for certifications and approvals.
  • Statutory Compliance — Manage labor law filings, audits, and legal documentation.
  • Industrial Liaison — Coordinate with industrial development authorities for factory permissions and expansion approvals.
  • Utility Coordination — Handle approvals with power supply companies and manage meter installations.
  • Customs & Logistics — Work with customs, transport, and logistic agencies for smooth material import/export.
  • Insurance & Banking — Follow up with banks for financial documents and with insurers for claims and renewals.
  • Vendor Communication — Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material delivery and compliance.
  • Local Authority Relations — Maintain good relations with local bodies and manage community-related issues.
