**Job Description: Inside Sales Representative**

**Lead Height Digital Marketing**

**About Us**:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Lead Height Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your ability to build rapport, understand their needs, and present our solutions effectively will be critical to our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Process**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our digital marketing services and be able to articulate their value to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver effective sales presentations, both in-person and virtually.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize our CRM system to track and manage sales activities and client information.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for digital marketing and technology.
