We are seeking a Non Health Claims Executive to join our team and handle the claim process from start to end. As a Claims Executive, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing the claim intimated by the insured, verifying the coverage under the policy, representing the claim in the right manner, and assisting the insured in preparing the required documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and understand the claim intimated by the insured
- Check the coverage under the policy
- Represent the claim in the right manner
- Understand the purpose of each and every document asked by the surveyor for the claim
- Understand the documentation required for the claim process
- Assist the insured in preparation of the documents as and when required
- Follow up with the insured for claim documents
- Follow up with the surveyor for survey
- Coordinate with the surveyor and the insured regarding survey
- Follow up for assessment
- Check and re-evaluate the assessment shared by the surveyor
- Follow up with the insurer for the payment under the claim filed
- Update the data in the company's CRM on a regular basis
- Follow up with the insured for monthly marine declaration
- Book single transit policies through the insurer's portal

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in claim processing or insurance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
