**Job Title**: E-Commerce, Marketing, Operations & Data Entry Operator (WordPress Expert)

**Location**: Kitchen Garden Lane, Near Crawford Market, Marine Lines

**Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Operations**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & traditional) to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media platforms, create content, and run ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Analyze marketing metrics and generate performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize business operations and streamline processes.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

**Data Entry & Management**:

- Perform accurate and timely data entry for business records, customer databases, and financial reports.
- Maintain and update CRM, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

**WordPress Management**:

- Manage and update WordPress websites, including content creation, plugin management, and website optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- Optimize web pages for SEO and performance.
- Implement security updates, backups, and routine maintenance.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in marketing, operations, data entry, and WordPress management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and customization.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software, Excel, and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **graphic design tools** (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development.
- Prior experience in **E-Commerce** or ERP systems is a bonus.
- MS Excel, Word and PPT expert
