**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a counseling or customer service role, preferably in a tele-counseling setting.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Empathetic and patient with a strong desire to help others.
