**Roles and Responsibilities**

Job Purpose / Role (Why this job exist in the organization?)
- To handle the day to day employees issues pertaining to Time Office and Payroll.
- To effectively executive the Payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Taking care of the Attendance Management System in shifts.
- Effectively laying down and monitoring systems related to attendance, leave, AWR, Out duty ,Gate pass etc.
- Accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Accurate and timely processing of Full & Final Settlement.
- Coordinate with corporate team for Payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare various reports.
- Handle & resolve day to day issues of employees pertaining to Time Office and Payroll.
- Dimensions / Scope and scale of Activities with which the job is concerned
- Financial (Eg. Budget, Revenue)
- Non -Financial (No. of customers, No. of products, Geographies)
- No of customers :All employees working in Dharuhera- Key Decisions that the role holder will be involved in
- Decisions made by the role holder- Time office, wage and salary related issues
