Roles and Responsibilities Job Purpose / Role
Responsible for implementation of various human resource development plans for talent development & talent management.
Develop and implement the organizations diversity initiatives and strategy to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace. with strong connect with the workforce.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities (Max 5-6)
Design and deliver employee training programs individual, team, skill-based and management training)
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle of the of the plant & building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships etc
Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which theysupport or hinder the company diversity goals.
Develop a strong connect with the diversified workforce through various platform.
Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
Develop & calculate various HR metrics, like engagement ,retention and turnover rates etc
Perform benchmark analyses for enhance employee experiencesKey Decisions that the role holder will be involved in
Decisions made by the role holder D&I, Talent Acquisition & TM related issues.
Recommendations to his/her supervisor Policies and process.
