**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and speciality coffee creations, according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about the menu, and offering personalised recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other café supplies, and report shortages to management.
- Train and mentor junior baristas as needed, sharing best practices and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and espresso machine operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy hours.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
