**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Interact with walk-in customers and add them to the company’s WhatsApp group.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through consistent communication.
- **WhatsApp Group Management**:
- Post pictures of new arrivals, promotions, and updates in the WhatsApp group regularly.
- Update the WhatsApp status with engaging and relevant content to attract customer interest.
- Respond promptly to customer queries on WhatsApp and maintain a professional tone.
- **Order Management**:
- Take orders over the phone and record them accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Follow up with customers for payment confirmation and feedback.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive order-taking and customer engagement.
- Upsell and cross-sell products by sharing promotional offers and recommending suitable items.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Gather customer feedback on products and services to help improve customer satisfaction.
- Relay customer suggestions or concerns to the relevant teams for action.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in a telesales, customer service, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp and basic computer tools like Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale sales.
- Strong persuasive skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with the footwear and clothing industry is a plus.
