About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. If you enjoy speaking with people, have a persuasive communication style, and are looking to kickstart or grow your career in sales and lead generation—this is your chance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce the company’s services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified appointments or sales.
- Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
- Handle queries and objections with professionalism and positivity.
- Maintain a high call volume and meet daily/weekly performance targets.
- Support the sales and marketing team with lead nurturing activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Certificate).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- Freshers and 6 months of experience with excellent communication skills are welcome.

**Skills We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent spoken English and confident tone.
- Ability to engage customers and handle objections tactfully.
- Previous experience in telecalling/telesales/lead generation (0-1 year).
- Basic knowledge of the education industry is a plus.
- Experience in cold calling (domestic or international) is preferred. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality.**What You’ll Get?**:
