Employment Type:Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone, generating leads, promoting products or services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Explain product or service details clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, inquiries, and sales.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and potential opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive during calls.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with good persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-focused attitude.
