Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller who can handle outbound and inbound calls efficiently. The candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality. There will be no targets, and the primary responsibility will be calling leads provided by the company and maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to the leads shared by the company.
  • Explain company products/services to potential customers.
  • Handle inbound queries politely and professionally.
  • Maintain a daily call log and update lead information in the system.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with the team for smooth follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills (English).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
  • Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in telecalling will be an added advantage, but freshers can also apply.
