Job Summary:
**Location: Perungudi, Chennai**

**Experience Required:1-3 Years**

**Shift Timings:8:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Night Shift)**

**Work Mode: Work from Office.**

**Fluency in English:Mandatory**

**Industry Experience: International Voice Process, Medical Calling, Health Care (US & UK Clients)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients (US/UK), providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with medical queries, healthcare information, and related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to the service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process (preferably US or UK clients).
- Previous experience in medical calling or healthcare-related services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a night shift environment (8:00 PM - 5:30 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer complaints.
- Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
