**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and customer queries.
- Promote products/services and encourage customer purchases.
- Follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets set by management.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.
- Provide clear and concise product/service information to customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not required.
- **Language**: Proficient in [Language 1] and [Language 2] (if applicable).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection with politeness and persistence.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

**Working Hours**:
Flexible hours, typically [X] hours per day, [Y] days per week.
