As a Tele Caller at Thor Signia, you will be the voice of our company, engaging prospects and clients over the phone to promote our products and services. Your role is pivotal in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. With your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities, you will contribute to our company's success by building rapport with customers, addressing their inquiries, and fostering positive relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lists, introducing them to Thor Signia's products and services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify leads, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information effectively, addressing any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
- Utilize sales scripts and call guides to maintain consistency and professionalism in conversations, while also adapting to individual customer preferences and responses.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, including lead details, call outcomes, and next steps, to facilitate follow-up and track progress.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates, as defined by management.
- Continuously seek feedback and training opportunities to enhance calling techniques, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding call quality, compliance, and ethical standards in telemarketing practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking voice and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and handle objections professionally.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets, while also maintaining a positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology, including call tracking systems, dialers, and scripting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus.
