We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as tele callers in the Commercial Real Estate industry. As a tele caller, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by reaching out to potential clients via telephone. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in the commercial real estate sector and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made and conversations held.
- Follow up with prospective clients and provide them with additional information as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns raised by clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively promote our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage potential clients over the phone.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow-up efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate industry terminology and practices is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software to input and retrieve client data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
