**Roles and Responsibilities: Telecaller**
- **Making Outbound Calls**: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions.
- **Handling Inbound Calls**: Answer incoming calls from customers to provide information, resolve issues, or take orders.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers on inquiries, feedback, or any pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Maintaining Records**: Accurately record details of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback in the database.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets set by the management.
- **Handling Customer Queries**: Address customer queries with accurate and detailed information, offering solutions to their concerns.
- **Promoting Offers**: Explain and promote special offers, products, or services to customers during the calls.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from customers and report it to the management to improve products or services.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree graduate.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is compulsory.
- Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada is an added advantage.
