Role : Telecaller - Real Estate*

Exp level: 0-2 years

Location : Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with potential clients for site visits.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable properties based on their needs.
- Conduct property presentations and virtual tours if required.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support Unit Managers and Sales Managers in closing deals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary project details.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers or up to 2 years of sales/telecalling experience.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of real estate is a plus but not mandatory

**Additional Requirements**:

- 6 working days a week (Tuesday off).
- Working hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Immediate joining is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
