Profile Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our Real Estate team. As a Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and visitors. Your focus will be on maintaining a safe work environment, conducting inspections, and implementing safety protocols in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of real estate properties and construction sites.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and staff to provide safety training and guidance.
- Investigate and report on workplace accidents and incidents, and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date with changing safety regulations and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to fostering a safety-conscious culture.
