Job Description: Field Marketing Coordinator (India) Reports to: Head of Marketing, APAC
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing events, conferences, and roadshows across India.

Manage logistics including venue setup, on-site support, and dismantling post-events.

Maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and event requirements.

Assist in organising and managing marketing materials, event collaterals, and promotional items.

Track event budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Handle troubleshooting and real-time issue resolution during events to ensure smooth execution.

Assist in compiling post-event reports, analyzing event performance, and gathering feedback for improvements.

Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different Functions.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel within India for event support.

Ability to take ownership of tasks allocated. Be an Intrapreneur.
