**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Public Relations (PR) Activities**:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to promote the Navraj Group brand.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Write and distribute press releases, manage media relations, and secure media coverage.
- Monitor media mentions and assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

**2. Agency Coordination**:

- Serve as the liaison between marketing agencies and the internal team.
- Oversee agency deliverables, timelines, and ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies to create integrated marketing strategies that align with Navraj Group’s objectives.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and schedule posts.
- Create engaging and on-brand content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

**4. Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on PR and social media campaign performance.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and content calendars.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, PR, or social media management.
- Proven ability to manage PR campaigns and create engaging social media content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with marketing agencies and managing external relationships.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
