**About the Role**

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused **Customer Support Executives** to manage customer queries related to **RTO shipments, lost orders/data complaints, and service-related issues**. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide clear updates to customers and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with **logistics/courier partners** to track and resolve RTO or lost order cases.
- Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM with every interaction.
- Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the operations/logistics team for faster closure.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and build trust.
- Meet performance metrics such as **response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduate qualification.
- Excellent spoken **English & Hindi** is mandatory.
- 6 Months-3 years of experience in **Customer Support / BPO / E-commerce / Logistics**.
- Strong problem-solving ability and patience while handling escalated cases.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,001.00 per month
