**Requirement-**
- Possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the development of business intelligence solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers to ensure high-performance outcomes.
- Present regular reports to leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Monitor BI solution performance, implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Proactively stay updated on BI trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to align BI objectives with broader business goals.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of BI technologies and tools, preferably Power BI.
- Bring proven experience as a BI Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Showcase strong communication and presentation abilities to convey insights effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to continuous innovation.
- Full-time presence in Bangalore is mandatory.
- No work-from-home option is available for this position.
