Responsible for planning of their shift activity.
- Ensure effective and timely testing result of materials.

Critical Tasks

KRA’s and Key Activities

1. Sampling and Testing ( Physical & Chemical) of Ball Mill feed, Cyclone over flow & under flow/ Thickener for Pellets Plant.

2)Sampling and Testing of Filter Cake.

3)Sampling and Testing of Green Balls.

4)Sampling and Testing of Lime & Coke /Mix material.

5)Physical and chemical analysis of finish product.

6). Reporting the analysis results to the concerned department.

7) Handling of Particle size analyser, CCS m/c, Blain Apparatus, Tumbler Drum M/c, Strohlein apparatus

8)Coordinate with Operation team to control of product quality.

9) Maintain all records in the shift.

Decision making authority (Decisions expected)

1)Resampling of materials

Educational Background and Work Experience
- Graduate(PCM) with minimum 5 years work experience with knowledge of wet Chemical & Instrumental testing
- Experience of handling, Master Sizer, CCS, Strohlein apparatus and wet chemical analysisCompetencies

Working relationships - Stakeholders

Internal: OP, Pellet OP, Department Employees both direct & Associates

External:
