**Job Title**: Store Incharge

**Location**:Khopoli

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Based on experience)

**Experience**: 3-7 years in Store & Inventory Management (Manufacturing/Engineering Industry Preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily **store operations**, ensuring smooth inventory management.
- Maintain **accurate records** of incoming and outgoing stock using ERP/software systems.
- Ensure proper material **handling, stacking, and labeling** for easy identification.
- Monitor **stock levels** and initiate purchase requests to avoid shortages.
- Conduct **regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation** to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with **suppliers, procurement, and production teams** for material availability.
- Implement **FIFO/LIFO inventory techniques** to minimize material wastage.
- Maintain **compliance** with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Supervise store staff, ensuring an **efficient workflow** and adherence to processes.
- Identify **process improvements** and implement best practices for better inventory control.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related field**.
- Hands-on experience in **store operations within a manufacturing setup**.
- Proficiency in **ERP, inventory control systems, and MS Excel**.
- Strong **analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills**.
- Ability to **multitask and work efficiently** in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raigad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Store management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
