**Front Office Executive Job Description**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Management**:
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate mail, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain records of visitors, staff attendance, and daily logs.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Address inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization’s services.
- Redirect calls and visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle complaints or escalate issues to the relevant authority.
- **Clerical Duties**:
- Perform basic data entry, file management, and documentation tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or materials as needed.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate replenishments.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support the HR or administrative teams with onboarding activities for new employees.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers).
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
