Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our team at

developing engaging content, growing social media presence, and driving brand awareness

across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Management:

- Develop and schedule daily content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for various social media

platforms (Instagram, Youtube ,Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia.

2. Community Management:

- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online communities to foster

customer engagement.
- Monitor user interactions and direct feedback to the appropriate departments.

3. Social Media Strategy: - Assist in developing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to enhance brand

awareness and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms and prepare monthly reports.
- Use insights to adjust content strategy and improve engagement.

5. Client Management:

- Coordinate with clients to understand their brand voice and ensure consistent messaging.
- Proactively suggest new ideas to enhance client social media presence.

6. Paid Campaigns:

- Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad setup, targeting, and optimization for

performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail in content creation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with paid - non paid social media advertising.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Work Location: In person
