Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's agro-chemical products in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage the company's social media and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Job Requirements:

- An MBA in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing in the agro-chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of the agro-chemical industry and its marketing challenges.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Umargam, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Master's (preferred)
