**Why Kyndryl** **Your Role and Responsibilities** IT Service Management professional controls and manages the entire contract deliverables and ensure the key stakeholders are aligned to achieve the stated objectives in the account for both Customer and Organization. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for Cost Budget & Planning and Demand forecast - Account Risk Review - Post CFTS/ICA (New Business Check list) - Ensure effective communication plan and nurture relationships at all levels in the Account - Initiate BD activities in the Account - Ensure RFS activity is assigned to base growth seller post identification (New Bus Checklist) - DPE and TCIS/Transition to agree on Transition exit criteria within 2 weeks of EHO. - Once cutover & close-out is complete, operational and process issues become the DPEs to manage (typically 2 weeks after cutover per PDR.) DPE is responsible for steady state operational problems. - DPE is responsible for managing in-flight project during T&T. - DPE is responsible for managing the account's response to audits during T&T timeframe. - DPE will obtain document repository for Steady State - DPE is responsible for steady state staffing plan including headcount needed due to solution changes. DPE is also responsible for defining roles that may not be defined in the contract. - Daily operational Steady State reporting - DPE is accountable for continual improvements - T&T ITIL Checklist completed and signed off by the DPE - DPE is accountable for annual “ITIL” review of current processes - DPE will be accountable for Asset Tracking DB after cutover, including changes from customer and IBM, and report regularly. Maintenance and manual tracking are a steady state responsibility. - DPE will be accountable for steady state Depot services, including process for checkout, tracking, and replenishing. Develop and document procedures for this handling in all locations. - DPE is responsible for annual capacity planning - DPE will analyse and review monthly utilization reports - DPE will provide a monthly report of planned configuration changes to change manager - DPE is accountable for annual steady state DR test plan by tower as documented in the PDR. This includes BCP if in-scope. The initial DR test may be included in the Transformation. - After cutover, DPE is accountable for maintenance of server inventories, including O/S, patch levels, utilization, uptime, and historical data - After cutover, DPE is accountable for identifying and eliminating SPOF’s (Single Points of Failure) - After cutover, DPE is accountable for all storage on all platforms, ensure appropriate backups occur at regular intervals at each customer location - After cutover, DPE is accountable to maintain, and periodically test security policy software by platform - After cutover, DPE is accountable for Monitoring and coordinating security patch deployment with customer - DPE is accountable for all quality improvement initiatives in steady state including the Annual “network quality improvement” plan, regular proposals of cost-effective data network alternatives - DPE is accountable for annual network capacity plan, regular network analysis and tuning and regular monitoring - DPE is responsible for Monitoring and reporting network performance end-to-end (router to router), in the steady state environment. DPE will develop the process to escalate SLA misses - After cutover, DPE is accountable for additional NOC requirements, management, and regular reporting of effectiveness - TTIE will setup Supplier Management Process. DPE will implement steady state management of ALL third-party vendors, monitor performance, delivery, and compliance. DPE will report status to customer. - DPE is accountable for all physical, logical, and virtual installations, repairs, and removals. - After cutover, DPE is accountable to notify customer of new versions of software, and fully test any changes before installing into customer network - DPE is accountable for staying current with fully supported versions of network related hardware and software - After cutover, DPE is accountable for Coordination of regular vulnerability management and intrusion testing with customer security - The account team will develop an annual “technology plan” or "long range IT plan" jointly with customer. Investigate new technologies, coordinate with SDM’s, present to customer for incorporation into the environment - DPE is accountable for developing a process to ensure all changes align with the overall strategic plan - Account team will facilitate the development, execution and reporting of the exec, non-exec, and random customer sat surveys - Coordinate and conduct annual/Quarterly service level review - Account Team will report monthly financial budget variance and GP analysis - Schedule periodic security reviews, schedule formal 18-month review to include industry trends, and regulatory changes. - After cutover, DPE is accountable for anti
