Seeking a skilled Flight Ticket Booking Agent to facilitate seamless travel from the USA to India or X-USA. Responsibilities include assisting customers with flight inquiries, booking reservations, managing itineraries, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-tier customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Utilize booking systems to find suitable flights, compare prices, and process reservations.
- Manage flight itineraries, including layovers and accommodations if needed.
- Process payments securely and handle any issues with professionalism.
- Stay informed about travel regulations and assist customers with documentation.
- GDS Knowledge is must
- Previous work record is required
- Must Complete the Targets on Every Month

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and travel regulations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer proficiency, including booking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in the travel industry preferred.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certification in travel management beneficial.

**Working Conditions**:
Work may occur in a call center, travel agency office. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate customer needs.

Pay: ₹12,670.08 - ₹45,190.34 per month
