**Job Discription**:

- Develop and write CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, GibbsCAM).
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to generate accurate machine code.
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Verify part dimensions using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs).
- Ensure manufactured parts meet specifications and tolerances.
- Optimize tool paths and machining strategies to reduce cycle time and material waste.
- Improve machine utilization and suggest process improvements.

**Key Skills**:

- Writing, testing, and modifying CNC code, setting up machines, troubleshooting errors, and collaborating with engineers and machinists to improve production efficiency.
