**Responsibilities**
- Ensures all the procedures pertaining to Inventory are strictly followed at the sites.
- Preparing schedules for the cycle counts at the sites along with the Inventory Team and the Finance team
- Execute all the **Physical Inventory counts** that include (Cycle Count, Quarterly PI Counts and the other necessary counts) along with Finance team.
- Putting necessary existing controls in place, in use around inventory management through creating processes and procedures in **Delivery monitoring.**:

- Ensuring Data Analysis around Inventory Management and representation to the management for showcasing effective controls.
- Ensuring the necessary system is in place in order to ensure the consumption of the near expiry materials at sites.
- Ensuring the information is shared with all the stakeholders for the obsolete and slow-moving inventory as a part of MIS and support with decision on inventory procurement.
- Coordination with finance team for creating reserves based on given plan and inventory, proactively planning for the he relevant groups.
- Creating procedures to manage the inventory effectively and putting controls in place

**Qualifications-**
- Graduation/MBA - Inventory Management/Supply Chain Management/Operations management.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Inventory management.
- Leadership and People Management.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Data analysis & Problem solving
- Interpersonal ability.
- Attention to detail and result oriented.
- Proactive action-taking and critical thinking.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/SAP/Oracle/ERP.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
