**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Manage stock entries and updates in SAP system**
**Create and process billing and invoices accurately**
**Monitor inventory levels and generate daily stock reports**
**Coordinate with dispatch team for smooth order delivery**
**Handle inward and outward movement of goods**
**Maintain records of purchase and delivery orders**
**Skills Required**:
**Basic working knowledge of SAP (MM/SD preferred)**
**Good understanding of inventory and billing processes**
**MS Excel skills**
**Strong attention to detail**
**Good communication and coordination skills**

**Qualification**:
**Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Com/BBA/BA)**
