Job Summary:
We're seeking an organized and analytical Inventory Executive to manage inventory processes, ensure accuracy, and optimize stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.

2. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

3. Implement inventory reporting and tracking systems.

Procurement and Replenishment:
1. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment.

2. Analyze sales trends and forecast inventory requirements.

Warehouse Operations:
1. Oversee warehouse layout and organization.

2. Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Inventory Optimization:
1. Analyze inventory turnover and identify areas for improvement.

2. Implement inventory reduction strategies.

Returns and Disposal:
1. Manage returns, damages, and disposal processes.

Compliance and Audit:
1. Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.

2. Assist in internal audits and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:
Essential:
1. 2+ years of experience in inventory management.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

4. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

Desirable:
1. Certification in inventory management (e.g., APICS, CSCP).

2. Experience with inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS).

3. Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
