**Job Title**: Inventory Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and disposals using inventory management software.
- **Forecasting**: Analyze sales trends and forecast future inventory needs to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory and resolve any supply chain issues.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting discrepancies and suggesting improvements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and operations teams to align inventory strategies with business goals.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving inventory processes and implementing best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
