**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project. Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify project dependencies, critical path, and key milestones.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations.Generate and distribute regular project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and variances to stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Monitor resource allocation and utilization to ensure optimal use of project resources. Assist in forecasting resource needs and managing resource conflicts. Track and report on resource performance and productivity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Ensure timely and accurate communication of project updates and changes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management. Develop and maintain project management documentation, templates, and guidelines. Conduct training sessions and workshops on Microsoft Project and project management methodologies.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet established criteria. Support audits and reviews of project management processes and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
