You’ll be the bridge connecting teams, vendors, and clients — making sure every milestone is achieved with precision, efficiency, and purpose.Key Responsibilities🗂️ Documentation Management: Maintain organized project documentation — contracts, proposals, reports, and invoices — ensuring accuracy and version control.📅 Scheduling & Coordination: Plan meetings, prepare minutes, and align tasks across internal teams and external vendors.📈 Progress Tracking: Monitor timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.⚙️ Resource Management: Support manpower, material, and equipment planning for optimal project performance.💰 Financial Oversight: Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and financial reports.💬 Communication Hub: Act as the central point of coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless communication.🚨 Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential bottlenecks early and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them proactively.What You Bring🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.💼 Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or EPCM industrial projects (Cleanroom experience is a plus).💻 Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar tools, strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.💡 Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to India’s clean and high-tech future.🌍 Why Join Pophen?At Pophen, you’re not just coordinating projects — you’re building the foundation for India’s next generation of innovation.
