Beauty Advisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information to customers about our cosmetic dermatology services and products.
- Develop relationships with customers and understand their needs to improve sales and conversions.
- Provide advice and recommendations to customers and answer their queries.
- Track customer preferences and patterns to suggest relevant products and services.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Monitor stock levels and restock as required.
- Clean and maintain the sales area.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology services and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Smart and presentable appearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
