**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to present and sell company products/services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- **Sales Conversion**: Use persuasive communication and sales techniques to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately enter customer information and sales data into the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to management on customer needs, potential sales opportunities, and market trends.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
